This course will introduce the student to some of the known, ancient uses of altars and ritual, as well as to several modern examples of such usage. As well, this course will cover an investigation of the meaning of altars, along with a description of what ritual activity entails. The reason for the importance of these tools will also be addressed.
Attracting Your Mate
Attracting your mate, or deepening the relationship you already have, has more to do with adjusting your own consciousness than anything else. It is not about changing another person or anything outside yourself. It is about becoming that which you would like to attract and allowing your reality to reflect that.

Auyrveda
Within this course we will gain an understanding of the Ayurvedic approach to diet and its important role in maintaining freedom from disease. This course will cover the basic concept of the “great elements” of life or doshas, the influence of doshas on the daily, seasonal and life cycles, personal constitution, the six tastes, undesirable food combinations, the complementary foods to achieve health, and the perfect daily routine for health.
Breatharianism: Fed by Light
This is a course about the philosophy and practice of breatharianism as one of many paths that can lead to increased physical mastery and spiritual enlightenment. It is not intended to be an instructional manual to teach how to change to a breatharian lifestyle. Anyone who may be interested in this path would require research and preparation far beyond the scope of this course. The information presented here is intended to answer basic questions on the topic and to provide possibilities for very initial preparatory thoughts, experiences and practices in the philosophy.
Ceremonies: Solstice, Equinox, and Moon
In this course we will discuss ceremonies associated with the four seasons, the sun and the moon. We will present some historical background, traditions and rituals practiced both in ancient and modern times.
Creative Writing in the Metaphysical Field
In this course, we will cover the basics of writing fiction as well as nonfiction, research writing, self-help books and channeling. We will explore the editing process, copyrighting, publishing and self-editing. Finally, we will look at how writing has truly contributed to the development and popularity of the metaphysical movement.
Dolphin Healing
Is it possible that the whales and dolphins inhabiting our oceans could be even more ancient, intelligent, enlightened and advanced than (gasp!) humanity? How long have they been here, where did they come from, what is their role with humans, where are they going and what do they have to teach? These and similar questions will guide the flow of this course with the purpose of gaining in understanding and ability to learn all that we can from the lessons of these aquatic family members. The intent in writing this course is that this information can spark and add an expanded dimension to our work as human healers on this planet.
Ear Candling
Ear Candling is an ancient process used by many cultures in history. Some of the conditions ear candling can cure, or at least relieve somewhat, are candida in the ear canal, parasites, fungus, pollutants, extra wax, ringing, infections, dirt, swimmer’s ear, yeast, and other discomforts. This course offers some basic information on these conditions, as well as on the process itself.
Exploring the Life and Soul of Mary Magdalene
Once upon a time, about 2000 years ago in the village of Magdala, Palestine, a girl was born who would captivate the world. She was Mary Magdalene. We will explore her life and her soul in this metaphysical course of study to gain a deeper understanding of the woman who has been known to be everything from a common prostitute to a venerated saint of the Orthodox Catholic Church.

Feng Shui
Feng Shui is a very old Chinese system of understanding the relationship between humans and the forces of the cosmos. The literal translation of Feng Shui is “wind and water.” The meaning has to do with the forces of the universe that are in motion, in constant change and flux. Wind and water are both elements of change, and they both move freely, as potent expressions of energetic forces. They symbolize the basic philosophy of Feng Shui.
Forgiveness
This course will take us on a powerful journey into the art of forgiveness. We will explore how ordinary forgiveness can be a difficult way for people to come to true acceptance. We will view a new approach to forgiveness for insights into how we can more fully live out the art of forgiveness in our lives. This method is called radical forgiveness, and through it, we can change our beliefs about ourselves and reality. We will supplement the process of radical forgiveness with a deeper understanding of non-judgment and acceptance, which will help to deepen our experiences of forgiveness. In order to provide you with tools to help yourself and others during the transformational process of forgiveness, practices that bring us more fully into the moment will be explored as well.
Gaia, Mother Earth
The Earth Mother is a composite organism made up of living beings, ecosystems, and elements, all of which share a common sentience and purpose. This course will explore different aspects of the Earth Mother’s body and spirit in religious views as well as scientific and philosophical views.
Hope
In order to understand hope, one must recognize a theme salient to the literature on hope. In sum, true hope encompasses both a confident belief in future well-being and the awareness of present choices and actions based on personal values, freedom, and integrity.
House Healing for Ghost Hunters
This course does not concern itself with educating people to forcibly remove ghosts. It will, however, demonstrate ways to possibly convince a ghost to move on or to find peace, and then perhaps the ghost will leave as a result of his or her own free will. This is what is known as Ghost Psychology, or Parapsychology.
Mayan Calendar
The Maya, an ancient Mesoamerican culture unlike any other civilization in recorded history, created an entire philosophy based on the concept of time. Use of their calendar system has again become popular in recent years, especially in southern Mexico where the Mayan civilization once flourished. This course will provide you with the necessary information to begin using this mystical calendar system in your everyday life.
Mindfulness
There are many techniques of mindfulness discussed in this course including Yoga, meditation, Tai Chi, introspection, reading or writing, listening to your favorite music, walking in nature, and others that have greatly helped individuals to move through life with more balance in the spirit, mind, and body. A very common imbalance would be the presence of excessive stress in our lives. You will find that even though stress is a normal reaction to today’s era of fast paced living, it can be dealt with through various methods presented in this course. First, we will look at the benefits of mindfulness practices and then we will discuss the common experience of stress.
Polarity Therapy
Polarity therapy is a somatic therapy, recognizing the unbreakable links between mind, body and spirit. Using diet, exercise and simple bodywork to address the spirit as well as the body and mind, polarity therapy works with sacred sound, color, positive, negative and neutral vortices of energy in the body and the holographic projection of energy around the body.
Introduction to Qabalah
This course is an introduction to the vast subject of the Hebrew Qabalah and its application to the occult sciences. The numerical values, lists of correspondences, and metaphysical concepts offered will allow you to grasp the essentials of qabalistic thinking. Such thinking will be of inestimable value to you in all of your metaphysical endeavors.

Sacred Labyrinths
Labyrinths can be found in almost every religious tradition around the world. There is conflict in literature showing that some believed that labyrinths have never been used for more than decorations and others that say they are integral to religious practices. There is no solid proof that labyrinths were walked in medieval times in particular, but before and after that they were. However, labyrinths are most definitely an early form of sacred geometry.

In this course we will review historical and contemporary sources which describe many ancient to present, cross-cultural, confluences of the human striving to connect with spirit and variant sexual or gender identifications. We will then discuss and analyze observations and theoretical constructs which might account for these linkages within a psycho-spiritual paradigm. I will offer a concluding rationale which situates the reported phenomena within a humanity-wide spiritual developmental schema, a metaphysical milieu most accessible to those individuals skilled in transcending social conventions, tolerating existential ambiguities, and bridging fundamental identities to encounter the numinous for the benefit of us all.
Soulmate Relationships
Soulmates are souls that you have had experiences with in the past. They can also be aspects of your own soul, experiencing life at this time in another body. For, we are all multidimensional beings having experiences in many realities at the same time. This course explores different types of soulmate relationships.
Taoist Healing Arts
Taoists have found that staying in harmony with the Tao could only be achieved through a personal transformation of body, mind, and spirit into the body, mind, and spirit of the Tao. Practices which anyone could do to elicit this transformation are known today as the Taoist healing arts. This course will explore and define three of these healing arts: Qigong, T’ai ChiCh’uan and meditation. It will also show what Taoist teachers have said about how these practices transform the body, mind, and spirit.

We are not alone in the universe, quite the contrary. The Urantia Book was written by love-respecting, civilized inhabitants of the universe. It was written by a revelatory committee, through a process involving a contact human, for the betterment of our planet. The identity of the contact human is not known, and not considered important. Urantia is the name of our planet. This course presents an introduction to some basic concepts of The Urantia Book, with examples of its teachings and viewpoints.
